Lägga golvet rätt | Isabella Löwengrips blogg

Idag har golvet lagts i kök och hall. Vi kör på samma klinker i båda rummen, det är ett tåligt golv som klarar av småbarnsliv och allt vad det innebär. Jag gillar kombon med gråa keramikplattor och mörkt trägolv i resten av huset. Den kombon har vi i vår lägenhet idag. Såhär såg golvet ut innan:

Röd smårutig klinker i hallen. Och plastgolv som ser ut som trägolv i köket.

... Och nu blir det alltså såhär! Så fint. Ni får se bättre bilder på golven senare (detta är Odds mms till mig). Det är tur att Odd är på plats på dagarna för annars hade det kunnat bli såhär istället:

Puh! Det är inte alls lika fint när det ligger i ordning eller vad man ska säga.

Här är husets färgpalett som Ida har satt ihop med väggfärg, gardiner och mattor. Harmoniskt men inte skrikigt och det andas skandinaviskt vilket jag gillar. Det kommer att bli så bra. Den 12 december går flyttlasset!

Today floors were laid in kitchen and hallway. We're using the same tile in both rooms, it's a durable floor that can handle kids and all that comes with family life. I like the combo of gray tile and dark wooden floors in the rest of the house. That's the combination we currently got in our apartment too. This is what the floor looked like before:

Small, red brick tiles in the hallway and vinyl flooring with a wooden look in the kitchen.

...and this is what the floors look like now! Very nice. I'll upload some better pictures later (these were the ones Odd sent me). Good thing he's participating in the renovation, reduces chances of misunderstandings. The floors could have come out like this otherwise:

Pjuh! I don't like the "orderly" look of this.

This is the color scheme Ida put together with the color of the walls, curtains and carpets. Harmonic, not gaudy and the composition has got a Scandinavian vibe to it which I like. I've got a good feeling about the outcome. December 12th we're moving in!
