Jag erkänner det. Mitt liv styrs av koppar. Varje morgon måste jag känna efter vilken kopp jag vill ha kaffet i. Ibland har jag tänkt på det redan i sängen och finns inte rätt kopp så känns det inte lika kul att dricka kaffet. Jag hade ju kunnat handdiska rätt kopp men det är jag alldeles för lat för på morgonen. Idag fick jag rensa hyllorna för Odd tycker att jag har gått crazy. Kopp-crazy. Jag sparade endast dom jag dricker i just nu, resten las undan och några har jag redan gett bort (har andra kopp-nördar i min närhet).

Min största servis var tidigare Iittalas Taika men den ger jag bort. Dels har jag tröttnat på den men så tycker jag också att dom små kopparna i serien (dom jag hade) var lite för små för att dricka kaffe. Just mängden i en kopp är väldigt viktig. Det jag sparade nu är tre serier från Rörstrand; Ostindia, Swedish grace och Mon Amie. Plus våra koppar med våra initialer från Anitha Schulman. Dricker jag cappuccino är Anithas koppar bäst. Ostindia och Grace är bra i te-storlek. Och nu är Mon Amie mina kaffekoppar. Nu när jag har rensat så ska jag köpa några fler i varje serie. Jag börjar med Mon Amie som är senast i familjen och min stora favorit nu.

Någon som känner igen sig?!

Okay, I admit it. My life is controlled by cups and mugs. Every morning I have to ask myself what cup I want to use for my coffee. Sometimes I start the process before I'm even out of bed and if it turns out that specific cup isn't clean I get really disappointed. Unfortunately I'm too lazy to wash up things by hand in the mornings... Today I had to do some cup-shelf-cleaning because Odd thinks I'm going crazy. Cup-crazy. So I put away the cups I don't use at the moment. I've actually already given a couple of them away too (got other cup-crazy people around me).

My most complete tableware collection was Iittala's Taika, but I'm giving those cups away. I'm a bit tired of them and I also think they're a bit too small to use for drinking coffee. Exactly how much coffee there's room for in a cup is very important to me. The cups I did save though are three series from Rörstrand; Ostindia, Swedish grace and Mon Amie. And our cups from Anitha Schulman with our initials on them. When I'm having cappuccino I like Anitha's cups the best while Ostindia and Grace are of great tea-size. That leaves me with Mon Amie as my coffee cups. Now when I've cleared the shelves a bit I think I'll add some cups to every series, starting with Mon Amie since they're my favorites at the moment.
