Idag så hade Löwengrip Care & Color och Löwengrip Invest julbord på Grand hotell. Vi har haft fin tillväxt i båda bolagen under åren så det skulle firas rejält. Jag är så stolt över alla medarbetare. Alla gör sitt yttersta, mer än vad man kan kräva som chef. Sedan har vi väldigt roligt ihop. I slutändan är det nog det som är det viktigaste. Jag skulle aldrig driva företag om det inte var roligt. Det är klart att vi har mycket att göra och tempot är högt men man måste kunna hitta glädje där i mellan ändå. Annars är det inte hållbart. Jag är tacksam över att dessa människor vill jobba hos oss.

Rebecca översätter bloggen till engelska. Gustav sköter ekonomin i LCC och är VD i Flattered.

Alla fick klockor från Daniel Wellington. Jag fick choklad av tjejerna, Tusen tack.

Lina sköter kontakt med alla våra återförsäljare/kunder/ambassadörer. Theres är marknadskoordinator.

Today all of us at Löwengrip Care & Color and Löwengrip Invest enjoyed a Christmas lunch (julbord) at Grand Hotell together. We've experienced good growth of both companies the past years, so we had good reasons to celebrate. I'm so proud of all our colleagues. Everyone puts so much effort into their work and always gives that little extra. On top of that we really have fun together and that's what I find most important. I'd never run a business if I didn't have a good time while doing it. Sure, there's a lot to do and the tempo is high, but that doesn't mean there's no time to enjoy ourselves every once in a while. If you can't find time for having fun together, I think the other parts simply won't work either. I'm grateful to have these people working with us.

Rebecca translates the blog into English. Gustav is in charge of LCC's economy and is also the CEO of Flattered.

Everyone got their own watch from Daniel Wellington as a Christmas gift. The girls gave me chocolate, thanks a million!

Dinah, skin therapist at LCC. Mirza manages our social media channels, Hannah is the Brand Manager and Pingis is the CEO of LCC.

Emelie is my right hand, Johan (Nordenhem) is the accountant for all our companies.

Lina handles the contact with retailers/clients/ambassadors. Theres is our Marketing Coordinator.
