Alltså vilken tid det tar att köpa bil, eller att hitta rätt bil snarare men å andra sidan är det väl klokt att det tar tid eftersom det är ett stort köp. Vi har den senaste månaden varit runt och testat de mesta. Idag har vi en Volvo V60 sedan 1,5 år tillbaka men med barn nummer två så vill vi ha en större bil. En riktig familjebil som rymmer dubbelvagn, hund och packning till landet.

Vi började med att gå igenom alla stora suv:ar som var drömmen från början, BMW X5, Audi Q7 och Volkswagen Touareg. Dom fastnade vi för och tog offert på alla. Tanken var från början att leasa en ny bil på mitt företag. Då skulle det fungera så att om bilen kostar 700 000 så betalar mitt bolag insats på 30% och sedan blir det leasingkostnad (ca 6000 kr/mån) och förmånsvärde på .... 15 000 kronor/månad. Dyrt men jag tänkte att det ändå bli bättre än att köpa bilen privat. Chocken kom dock när min redovisningskonsult räknade på det och totalt skulle det kosta mitt bolag 27 000 kronor varje månad. Och det är inte rimligt någonstans. Eftersom jag har en lön som ligger vid 50% skatt-gränsen så skulle varje 1000-lapp i förmånsvärde kosta bolaget 2500 kronor. När jag fick reda på det så var det bara att skippa den idéen överhuvudtaget. Det är inte värt dom pengarna.

BMW 520 d touring, är det du som är den perfekta bilen för oss?

Tankarna ändrades och vi kom fram till att det blir bätte ekonomiskt att köpa bilen privat och inte ny, så där ligger vi nu. Vi har "hoppat ner en nivå" prismässigt och står nu mellan Audi A6 Allroad och BMW 520 d touring. Och då 1-2 år gammal för att få ner priset lite och landa på runt 400 000 kronor max. Men fortfarande så är 400 000 kr väldigt mycket pengar så vi behöver fundera ett tag till och inte göra något förhastat. Om någon av er har kört en A6 eller BMW 520 touring så skriv gärna vad ni tycker! Vi vill ha en optimal familjebil men ändå roligare än Volvo V70. Trygg men snygg.

It would work so that if the car costs 700 000 my company pays 30% and then there is a leasing cost (ca. 6000 a month) and a benefit value of... 15 000 a month. It's expensive but I thought that it would be cheaper than buying the car privately. I was shocked when my accounting consultant told me that it would cost my company 27 000 a month. That doesn't make any sense. Since my salary is in the 50% bracket every 1000 SEK would cost the company 25000. When I found that out I just chucked the idea. It's not worth that kind of money.

We had to change our plan and decided that it would be better to buy the car privately but not from new. We have gone down a level in terms of price and are now considering whether to get an Audi A6 All Road or a BMW 520 d touring. If we get one that is 1 or 2 years old the price tag comes down to max 400 000. But 400 000 is still a lot of money so we need to think about it some more and not take a rash decision. If anyone has driven an A6 or a BMW 520 touring, please let us know what you think! We want a great family car that feels more fun than a Volvo V70. Safe but cool.
