... Golvet hade inte alls torkat så det var bara att vända till hotellet igen, fanns inte så mycket att göra för mig där idag. Dessutom fick jag astmaanfall av ångorna (dom målade i hallen på övervåningen). Jag har hur som helst jobb och Sally ska ändå sova så det passar bra.

Golvet läggs i vardagsrummet! Lägg märke till mitt i-landsproblem: inga strumpor! Dessa skor är mina mest "vintriga" av dom jag har med mig från resan till USA, resten är nerpackat i lådor. Byxorna är ankellånga dessutom så det blir liksom inte snyggt med svarta strumpor till. Får köra steps i några dagar.

Här i garaget finns hela vårt hem. Nya möbler blandat med våra prylar. Saker jag skulle vilja hitta är: glasögon, min dator, ny bh (!), mysbyxor och fler t-shirtar. Men jag orkar inte riktigt gräva efter vinterskor, eller fler ombyten till barnen. Vi får klara oss med det Odd tog med till hotellet. Overall och vinterjacka finns.

Förresten! Såg en fråga om mina fransar. Vad är status? Jag skulle ju utvärdera om det var enklare i vardagen med fransförlängning än mascara. Vad är då vinnaren... Jo mascara! Nu har jag fyllt på en gång och det var för långtråkigt. Dessutom så lägger sig fransarna konstigt trots att jag borstar dom. Nä nu får dom vara kvar till jul men sedan kör jag mascara på tills dom är borta. Så gjorde jag sist och det gick bra (är för lat för att boka ännu en tid för borttagning). Ska ändå inte träffa folk under ledigheten, jobbfolk alltså :-)

...The floor wasn't dry yet so I'm back at the hotel. Couldn't do that much in the house with wet floors. They were still painting the upstairs hallway too and the fumes gave me an asthma attack. I have some things I need to take a look at for work anyways and Sally needs a nap, so the timing wasn't that bad.

Laying floors in the living room! Notice my first world problem: No socks! These shoes are the most "wintery" pair I packed for Miami, the other ones are in boxes somewhere... I'm thinking black socks might not be the best combo with the shoes since my pants are ankle long. Will probably go for steps the coming days.

We're storing our home in the garage for the moment. New furniture mixed with stuff we had in the apartment. Things I'd like to find here are glasses, my computer, a fresh bra (!), sweatpants and a couple more t-shirts. I don't really know how to motivate myself to start digging in this mess though. Guess we'll have to make it without winter boots and change for the kids. Odd brought the most important things to the hotel, like overalls and winter jackets, so I think we'll be fine for a few more days.

By the way! Spotted a question about my eyelashes - what's the status? Remember I told you I was evaluating what I like better, mascara or lash extensions. And the winner is... Mascara! I did one extension refill and it was too tedious for me. I also think the lashes get messy even though I brush them. I'll keep them until Christmas but after that I'm going back to mascara. Last time I had them extended I just let them fall off by themselves and that went fine, so I don't think I have to book an appointment for removal. I don't have to look that neat during the holiday anyways. No important job meetings then.
