Ny deo i LCC | Isabella Löwengrips blogg

Jag vet inte hur bra koll ni har på Löwengrip Care & Colors serier men vi har ju två kroppsserier. En rosa som var våra första produkter. Där heter doften Brown Sugar Sensation och har blivit en stor favorit hos många. Sedan har vi en lite dyrare Spa-serie för kroppen. Nästa steg som vi håller på med nu är en Sensitive-serie. Det ska bli en deo, shower gel och body lotion. I den serien har vi valt ännu snällare ingredienser och serien ska lugna och återfukta irriterad/känslig hud. Det vi nu funderar på är det här med doftfritt eller ej. Vi har fått prover från fabriken och jag har testat. Doftfria showergelen är verkligen inte rolig. Ingrediensernas doft kommer fram och det påminner lite om sjukhus.

Så nu funderar jag på att ha svag doft på shower gel och body lotion (syntetisk doft som jag tål) men att vi gör doftfri deo? Jag testade nämligen ett fabriksprov imorse, det är samma bas som Count on Me men utan doft och jag gillade den. Fast, doften vi håller på att ta fram för Sensitive-serien är så behaglig så att jag gärna skulle ha den på deo också. Himla svårt. Vi har inte råd att ta fram två nya deodoranter (antiperspirant) på en gång.

Vad säger ni, svag doft eller doftfri ny deo?

I don't know how familiar you are with Löwengrip Care & Color's series, but we have two body-series at the moment. The first one we launched was the one with our pink products. The fragrance we use here is called Brown Sugar Sensation and I know it's become a favorite for a lot of people. Then we've got the bit more expensive Spa-series and we're also working on a third one that we want to call the Sensitive-series. We're developing a deodorant, shower gel and a body lotion. Here we want to use even milder ingredients with calming and hydrating effects for irritated/sensitive skin. What we're thinking about now is whether or not to make it fragrance free. I've already tested some factory samples and so far I can tell you the shower gel needs some adjustments. At the moment the smell of it reminds me of a hospital.

So now I'm thinking it might be a good idea to add a mild, synthetic scent for the shower gel and body lotion (so I can use them myself), but maybe make the deodorant free from perfume? I got to try a sample this morning and the base of this deodorant is the same as Count on Me, but without perfume, and I liked the way it came out. On the other hand the fragrance we're developing for the rest of the Sensitive-series is so nice I could definitely see us use it in the deodorant too. Tough decision... We can't afford making two versions of the deo at once.

What do you say, mild fragrance or fragrance free?
