Det är svårt att tro att det är kul att besöka ett stort lager på 5000 kvm men det var det. Det är så fascinerade hur alla delar i logistiken fungerar. 35 000 paket skickas ut i veckan, och alla paketeras av ett gäng glada människor som vi fick träffa. Några av dom var nyanlända till Sverige, blir så glad över Apoteas insats, nyckeln till integration är ett jobb. Alla som hanterade läkemedel var dock farmaceuter. Hur som helst så var det roligt att se hur allting fungerar och träffa alla bakom E-handelsjätten. Vi åt lunch med Apoteas Kundtjänst och fick besvara dom vanligaste frågor som kommer in om Löwengrip Care & Color.

Hittade vårt silvershampoo bland alla kartonger! Apotea har en tjänst att beställer du innan 15.00 inom Stockholm för över 600 kronor så bjuder dom på hemleverans till dörren samma kväll. Det måste vi göra, samla alla mediciner, linser, blöjor, ersättning etc. Perfekt om man är själv med barnen under eftermiddagen/kvällen men behöver tex astmamedicin och inte orkar iväg och konka hem.

It's hard to imagine it can actually be fun visiting a 5000 square feet warehouse, but it really was. Logistics is fascinating. 35,000 packages are sent out every week and they're all packaged by a bunch of happy people that we had the honor to meet today. Some of them just arrived to Sweden which made me very happy. Getting a job is such an important part of integration and it's nice to see that Apotea is contributing to that. Packages containing pharmaceuticals have to be handled by pharmacists only though. All and all it was great to get the opportunity to see how the processes works and to meet the people behind the e-commerce giant. We had lunch with Apotea's customer service and got to answer the most common questions they get regarding Löwengrip Care & Color.

Found our silver shampoo in the middle of all the boxes! Apotea also has this policy where you get free home delivery of your products the same evening as you place your order (have to place it before 3:00 pm) if it's worth at least SEK 600 and you live in Stockholm. I have to make use of that, get medicines, contact lenses, dipers and baby formula straight to our door. Perfect service if you're taking care of the kids alone during the afternoon/evening and don't feel like leaving the house.
